Obscure but talented photographer in NJ?

Are there any obscure but really talented photographers in NJ that are not mentioned here on the Knot every day?

Along the lines of Josh Lynn and Neil Van Niekerk, but more modern and cutting edge?  They are both talented, but seem a little too traditional for what I'm looking for.

    What about Inku?  I see him mentioned on here every so often, but not a lot lately.

    Artist European, as modern and artistic as you can get

    They did a fabulous job on our wedding and the 16x16 albums they produce are one of a kind

    I would second Artist European. Gerda is a pretty crazy lady and her work is really good. Unfortunately she was out of our price range. USER is right about the albums. The 16 X16 albumns are pretty impressive that she produces

    We are using Be Creative. Their website blog doesn't do justice to he different stuff they do- we booked Eric on the spot without even seeing another photographer. They are pricey though.

    Very cool that you're using him too!  I looked at probably over a hundred photographers online and I fell in love with his work.  We just got our e-pics from him and they are awesome.  Good luck to you too!

    Brad Ross Photography is totally awesome if a little pricey (in our opinion it was way worth it).

    We are going with a photojournalist, Reena Rose - http://www.reenarose.com/ I may be a little biased because I worked with her at the Jersey Journal for a while, but she takes amazing photos. And because of her training and work as a photojournalist, she captures all the little things other photographers may miss.

    We are using Neil Van Niekerk and I have to say he definitely has the modern touch.  We had our engagement session with him last month and the pics came out fantasic.  :-)

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone!  A couple good ones here.  Others not so good.  Others just slapping Photoshop actions on mediocre photos.

    Is anyone flying their photographer in from another location?

    I can't wait to work with our photographer. They're from NYC but are coming to NJ for no fee. Check out their website. Definitely not traditional wedding photography.

    I'm not really sure what constitutes a modern or cutting-edge photographer, but a former knottie used a photographer who isn't mentioned on here ever and I recall her pictures coming out beautifully (the photographer is way out of my price range, as are most that have been mentioned in this thread, haha)... http://mirkaphotographics.com/
