A Myrtle Beach April 2012 Bride Looking for Vendors

Hello,

My fiancee and I just booked the Hilton at Myrtle Beach for our ceremony (in the plaza) and reception (in one of their ballrooms). We are from Columbia, so we're not familiar with the local vendors. The hotel will be handling the catering & bar service. Any recomendations on wedding officiants, bakeries, photographers, hair & makeup, etc? The more advice, the better!

    The Hilton is a great choice.  You will be happy with their services.  We are getting married in Myrtle Beach.  Check out these venues. 

    Bakery.... Cakes by the Sea- Awesome!!!  Best cakes on the beach and they were voted best on the knot 2010. 

    Photographer...  Barefoot Diva.  Carol is great and she will work with you.  www.barefoot-diva.com Middle Child Photography is awesome. www.middlechildphotography. also check Lindsey Mills photograpy.

    DJ... Dj Marino is a good choice.   www.djmarino.net The music maker is from charleston.  He does not charge extra to travel to the beach. www.musicmaker.com
    As far as make up, I am going to use Clinque and Sephora in the mall. (costal grand)

    I agree that Cakes by the Sea is awesome!  We used them for our June wedding and everyone loved our cake.

    Barefoot Diva (Carol Barnes) is an awesome photographer.
