  The hotel that we have blocked off rooms for our guest at is providing free transpertation from the reception to the hotel. Since we are having an open bar, we wanted to make sure that our guest had the option to take a shuttle.

  We have a lot of out of town people and the hotel is about 30 min from our venue (out in the country) so we are renting a bus through Badger Bus Lines.

  we are renting shuttle vans from blackline limo to take the guests from our two hotels to the venue and then back at the end of the night.
