Wedding Photographers question

Been looking for a great Wedding photographer in the West Michigan area.  Jenn Marie has been at the top of our lists. What have other members on here used for their Photography, and were they overall happy with who they chose?

    I am using Amie Forsythe Photography.  I found her on here.  She's very reasonably priced and she also worked with us on more "in the moment" shots. I don't like the standard posed shots, and Amie was great this.  

    For example, we just did our engagement pictures this weekend.  It was cold and raining so we took them in the skyways by the Marriott.  I wasn't sure about it, but the proofs looked fantastic.  she has a great eye for detail.

    We used Laura Munro and she was absolutely fabulous!!! Actually, I found her on TK...I saw another knottie's review of her. She was super fun to work with. She did our e-pics too, as that was included in our package. Here's a link to our photos on her website. We were really happy that she gave us the pictures on a CD, rather than making us order through her. Very reasonably priced...about half the cost of the other photographers we were considering.

    I'm using Brandon Mulnix, from Modern Photographics.  He is from the Lowell area.  He did my sisters wedding, and everyone has just been blown away by her pictures!  My favorite thing about him is that he pays attention to every little detail, even down to where everyone's hands should be and feet, etc.  I've been in a couple weddings recently where the photographer wasn't quite as detail oriented, and you could definitely tell in the pictures that there were little "distractions" that took away from the special moments the pictures were capturing.  Also, very reasonably priced, especially for what you get!  And Brandon is very fun to work with!!

    I'm using Mani photography. He seems great and from what I've seen his pictures are phenominal. Hes been in the biz for along time too.
    I'm also friends with Kari Douma Photography. She did our engagement pictures and they are great! Shes a bit of a splurge but she does a great job.
