My sister is a BM in a wedding this Sept. at Bolger Center in Potomac, MD. She and the BP live in DC. They are looking for recommendation for someone to travel to them on site and do their hair and makeup. There are 6 girls in total. OR a salon that is in DC that can handle all of them. Any help would be appreciated as they aren't having any luck. Thanks!
