STD Wording

Hi-

I need help with our Save the Date wording and I am kind of at a loss. We know they will be red and have 3 of our Engagement pics on them and we are getting married at Thornewood Castle.

We are kind of an eclectic, fun, slightly goofy couple so nothing too serious. Any suggestions?

    I'm not really creative with wording, but I googled "save the date wording" and looked at images, and there were a TON of examples of STDs.  Most were formal, but if you click long enough you would probably find something you like.  Or you could check out the Off Beat Bride Blog, and scroll through the STDs they've featured since they don't feature traditional wedding stuff.

    We did something completely different for our STDs and wrote a poem to go with them. In my bio.  Googling may work.

    It still may be early
    but we hope you're delighted
    'cause we've set the date
    and we're very excited!
    In October 2010 our vows will be made

    Our wedding day is fast approaching
    and we cannot wait,

    I took the poem from another knottie, but I can't remember who she was!!  It's pretty cheeky but everyone loved it!
