packing for honeymoon :)

So, I have this huge suitcase and FI has a duffel bag. We registered for luggage but no one has given us that yet. I told FI a few days ago that we could just pack both of our stuff in the big suitcase for the honeymoon.

Tonight, I started to pack- my new stuff and swimsuits and sundresses that I won't be wearing between now and when we leave. Well, I'll admit I'm a plus-size girl so my clothes do take a little more space than a size 4s do, but.....well, FI is going to have to take his duffel bag, too. :) I just need too much space for my swimsuits, shorts, tops, lingerie, awesome beach bag (a shower gift), etc. :) I never thought I was so high-maintenance but I guess I am.

Haven't even started on toiletries yet!

    I pack so much when I travel just because I like having clothing options :) Also, no one bought the luggage off our registry... :(

    That's the thing- I want options. We don't have an itinerary so I have no idea what we'll be doing from one day to the next. I wanted to have enough casual and dressy clothes for anything we might want to get into!

    I plan on bringing my beach bag as my purse/personal carry on. That might help you save some space!

    We're trying really hard to keep to carry ons only. I had a HORRIBLE experience losing my luggage once and I don't want to go through that on my honeymoon! This mean light packing which is very difficult!

    We're driving so I don't have to worry about carryons. Just put the suitcase in the car!
