Wedding Woes

Weekend plans?

Tonight: Meeting friend for sushi and cocktails. She broke up with her BF two weeks ago, so we'll see how she is doing. She already met another dude, so of course I have to ask her a frillion questions about him.

Saturday: Hanging out with PT & Jake during the day. I am hoping to get the apt more established, so that means running some errands (read: spending money). That night my friend is having a party at her house. I am looking forward to seeing her dad and having a talk about insurance (<- this is when you known you're grown, when you want to talk about insurance and financial planning).

Sunday: Be sad when PT & Jake leave. And then curl up on my hoardy hole couch and watch all the wonderful TV that PT does not like.

Today: go into work and get the prep done for the 3 classes I have this weekend. I still have to design 2 cards, and I hope all the supplies I ordered before I left came in.

Tomorrow: Class from 11-2, then house hunting in the afternoon.

Sunday: Classes from 11-1 and 2-5. Then birth class at 7.

At some point I also need to grocery shop and clean. Our fridge is seriouslly empty except for condiments, and everything we brought home from South Dakota is still piled up by the front door.

My oldest friend in the whole world is coming over tomorrow. She hasn't met M yet so I'm super excited. Sunday after she leaves there will be errands run and apartment cleaned since our early intervention evaluations start next week.

Tonight I am stopping by a friend's place to drop off some baby stuff for her. Tomorrow will be errands, a hair cut, and DHs work is having a family picnic which should be fun. I do want to go to Home Goods but the nearest one is like 30 mins away so we'll see. Sunday is more chores and such and that night we'll be celebrating my dad's birthday.

Awesome ladies, sounds like your weekends are packed.  Me not so much but here it is....

Today: After work going to Crossfit to do some killer exercise WODs.  Afterwards, dinner with my FI, snuggling on the couch with him and the dogs (they insist on it) while the fire is roaring.

Saturday:  Crossfit baby (yes, I'm addicted) and then off to order my WEDDING DRESS YAY!  Afterwards, since it's supposed to rain probably hanging out at home with FI and dogs (again they insist on it).

Sunday:  Depending on the weather...get some lattes (it's our thing), hanging out and chilling at home.  With the weather being bad not much to do really.  I should be doing wedding stuff but am burned out right now so have to focus on other things.

    Today:  Working (grumble).
Tomorrow:  Lunch with a girlfriend in town from NJ.
    Sunday:  Nada, really.

I'm trying to save a few pennies and stay close to home this weekend.  Last weekend I exceeded my "fun times" budget.

Tonight: One of the choir dudes is having a recital in Springs. I'm trying to line up someone to drive with, but it doesn't look good, so I won't be able to get my drink on if we go out afterward (which we will). But I'm looking forward to meeting some new people.

Tomorrow: Nada. Probably scrapbooking all the photos from the last year and a half for my mom's Christmas present. So. many. pictures. The bathrooms also need to be cleaned, so I'll probably come up with some way to avoid that. ;)

Sunday: Church. Probably no brunch, because hopefully we'll bowl Sunday night.

Clean to get the house listed!  Call realtors and banks.

DH has a list a mile long and hasn't done one thing on it.  He still thinks painting the garage is a top priority.

If I'm feeling ok...clean house, winterize and clean up yard If not ok...die. Or attempt to alleviate sinus pressure by bashing my face in :)
