Anyone have any wedding day pictures from Fremont Street to share?? We are highly considering going there for some shots with the photographer but I wanted to know if anyone had any experiences to share!

Other knotties have had photos done by Todd too and you can find them linked in their bios or if you dig around on the board.
  • We're staying at Golden Nugget, so we'll have our first look photos taken there, with Fremont photos to follow.  I've bookmarked a couple Fremont sessions that I like for inspiration.  One benefit to taking photos on Fremont is that the casinos are so close, if you can take photos inside, it's not nearly as far to walk from one to another.

  • LOVED our shots in Fremont.  You should definitely do it.
It was the second stop on our photo tour.  Many are my favorites from the whole day. My pinterest link below has a few more.

  • My wife and I did photos on Fremont for our anniversary this month, as well as at the Neon boneyard; it's fun and there are a decent number of photo ops.  For wedding day though, especially if you're not a Vegas regular, my own opinion is that I'd prefer a strip photo tour, DD bus tour on the strip or just sticking to a big strip resort.  I think what makes me feel that way is I like having pics with vegas landmarks that friends and family, who may not be as in to Vegas as we are, will possibly know or have some memory of for many years to come; i.e. Vegas sign, Caesars, Bellagio fountains (even if they go away, enough people have gone to Vegas, or will have seen them in movies, that they'll remember them for a long time to come), etc.  We'll always have our own memories but showing your pics to others is fun too, and it's more enjoyable when the people you show them to have some connection to the background like oh, I remember going to the Vegas sign 20 years ago or I went to those fountains on my first trip to Vegas, etc.  There's just not a lot on Fremont that is all that memorable other than to people who are really into Vegas like all of us; i.e. some classic casinos and restored neon signs but not that much else.

If you do your photos on Fremont though, make sure to go to Fremont and 3rd St; where the Sam Boyd's Fremont Casino is; that's where there's a bunch of restored neon signs such as the Wedding Information sign, etc.  They make for good pics.
