I threw an invite together for my cousin today based on a card she sent as inspiration, she is getting married in July in PA. It was just a fun project as a favor to her, no cost to me, but it's pretty and I wanted to throw it out there to any of you lookin for invites. I can send you the PSD files so you can customize them if you'd like to use it. Pretty theme-and-color specific, but i figured if it can help one person save a few bucks, I'd give it a shot.
You could print wherever you want, vistaprint, mpix, etc.... files are obviously free for the sharing if you'd like them.
I have an RSVP card too.
