Anyone have recommendations for at-home cardio? I belong to a kickboxing gym and usually get my cardio there, but all of next week I'm in a training class that requires a 4-hour round-trip commute after 8 hours in class, so I'm being realtistic that the gym is not happening.
Regardless, I need to do something.
I went to put on jeans today for casual Friday...oh, it was bad. My size 8s will.not.zip.up. Last time I wore them was a few weeks ago.
Anyway, recommendations for at-home cardio would be helpful! The only workout DVDs I have are for yoga...and that's not gonna cut it!
I'd prefer not to buy a DVD since it will only be for next week :-)
Also, running outdoors is not an option. I have a very strange allergy: I'm literally allergic to the cold (cold-induced urticaria, if anyone is familiar) so I cannot run outdoors in winter.
