So I didn't work out yesterday... at all. But that's not too surprising, nor is it anything negative because those of you who are regulars on this Accountability thread know that Tuesdays are always my rest day

I did however stay under my calories yesterday, and ate healthy all day which is awesome

Today I am working till 5, then going straight to a meeting afterwards until 10ish. I do want to get some sort of small workout in afterwards, so help motivate me to do so ladies

I need the push to not just give in and go to bed lol
