Hi Ladies,My SIL who lives in Europe will be coming to NYC for a small Civil Ceremony in City Hall. She is looking for someone to do her hair and makeup.  Can anyone recommend someone who’s good and reliable? Also any florist recommendations in NYC (decently priced) will be very helpful! Thank you so much!
