A coworker of mine went to a wedding there this past December and said that it was really nice. She said they seem pretty flexible on what you can do there and the prices were reasonable. I had emailed them for a quote, but they didnt get back to me until many weeks after and I had already booked another reception site. Good luck!

We are getting married at Mulberry Art Studio!!! We walked in and loved it. I have heard from others on this board that they are very hard to get ahold of, but we had no problems. However, I have never called or emailed...I just go to the studio because I live very close. They are wonderful and the lady that owns it is really nice. It is definitely pricey, but in my opinion it is well worth it. They also do all of the decorating for you and they have a lot of things that you can use (free of charge) for your decorating. Definitely check it out. I went in my first time on a First Friday and there was a wedding going on, so I got to see it all decorated. It was incredible. I went back the next day with my mom, and it was set up for another wedding!! It was really great getting to see what it looked like for 2 completely different weddings. Definitely head over there and take a look. You wont be sorry! Let me know if there is anything more I can help you with.

i had a very similar story to this. I actaully sent an email and receieved a call later in the day that I missed. i called about 4:45 and was on the phone with Abby who was very helpful and friendly. My FI and I have an apt to see it next weekend (there is also a wedding that day!!). Althogh your other statement about it being pricy scares me....I was told it was reasonable! :-/ ....we are on a tight budget.

Yayyy for being able to see it when its decorated for a wedding!!! You'll love it!! To me its pricey because they dont provide catering or anything like that...all you're paying for is the room and them to decorate (and the linens if you want them). You'll see what I mean when you meet with April. There are plenty of other places that charge less than $1000 for the room rental, but some places you have to use THEIR catering. My fiance's family is making all the food, so we're saving on cost there. But yes, in my opinion, they are pricey for only getting the room and the decorating and linens. We are having both the ceremony and the reception there, so we are paying for 6 hours. If you are getting married elsewhere (like a church or something) then you'll obivously need less hours and it will be cheaper. Again, let me know if I can be of any help!! Good luck!!

If you don't mind me asking, how much is it for doing the ceremony and reception? We are also on a tight budget and many places don't allow outside caterers and we figured by having the ceremony and reception at the same place it would be a little less expensive. I actually have gotten a hold of the art studio but they haven't mentioned any prices yet. Thanks for the help.

I don't know about ceremony & reception pricing,
but just the room is about $2400 for 6 hours on a Sunday.
