Zumba Class Frustration

I am venting here ladies and hope I dont come off as a B****.  I love Zumba class and I have it for the Wii but I go to the class becuase I am very competitive so I have to keep up with the instructor and people around me.  However,  I respect everyone new and old coming to classes but if you don't know the moves and don't want to push yourselves please stay a little towards the back.  For those of us that enjoy pushing ourselves to the fullest with every routine it holds us back when we have to move around others that just stand there and wiggle.  Am I alone on this?

Also...on a side note...my sister is very nutritional concious and loves to workout...she has introduced me to a diet based on a micchi ladder.  It categorizes food in 5 tiers and if you stick with the first 2 tiers you have a near perfect diet.  I've been trying it now for 2 weeks and my diet has changed dramatically.

  • Seriously. I was going to post about this after a class last night but I thought everyone would think I was a super bitch. So here's my comment:

If you can't stay in one spot, stay in the back. There are these two girls who are both really good dancers who come to all the same classes I do. They always start out one in front of the other (I usually end up next to the one in back, no matter which girl it is or what time I show up). Slowly, the girl in front inches back to try and be next to her friend, and ends up on top of me. Every. Single. Time. And it's not just the one girl, either, they've both done this.

  • The Micchi ladder is AMAZING!! I felt AMAZING with it! I was way down and feeling the best ever when I stuck to the Micchi ladder! Thanks for reminding me about it!
