  5. Where do you live currently? (city and/or state)? Lee's Summit MO
  6. Where did you go to college?Mizzou
  7. Do you root for any college/professional teams? M-I-Z!!!!!
  8. What was your major? Political Science (emphasis in comparative politics of Africa and Latin America) for BA and Geography and Geographic Information Sciences for MA
  9. What is your current job? Totally unrelated to my degrees, I am a para at Liberty HS for students with severe disabilities.  Going to go back and get my alternative certification to teach.
  10. What is your dream job? I actually think I'm doing it, I love my job.  Maybe a wedding planner.
  11. How did you and your fiance meet? eHarmony!  It works!
  12. When did you get engaged and how did he do it?? The day after Thanksgiving last year on the Plaza.  We went out to eat at Figlio's and I expected it then but every time I patted down his pockets I couldn't feel the ring.  He suggested a carriage ride to look at the lights and that is when he proposed.  
  13. When is the Wedding Day? Is there a special reason for this date? October 2nd, 2010.  I haven't missed a home Mizzou football game in 7 seasons and chose our date so I could continue my streak.  Unfortunately I will miss my first game the following weekend because we will still be on our HM.  It'll be worth though.
  14. Where is the ceremony and reception? St. Mary's Episcopal Church and The Clubhouse on Baltimore Tudor Room
  15. What are your wedding colors?Moss green, terra cotta, and plum
  16. Where are you honeymooning?Jamaica- Sandals Whitehouse
  17. Favorite wedding vendor so far? My photographer because I've known him since we moved here when I was five and I worked for him in HS
  18. Biggest wedding splurge?Venue or dress
  19. What is something you wish you could have at the wedding but don't?More flowers or a signature cocktail
  20. Is there another knottie's wedding you'd like to attend?Everyone!
  21. Favorite book? Anna Karenina
  22. Favorite movie?Dirty Dancing or Top Gun

  24. Favorite wedding dress designer?Maggie!
  25. Any advice you can give?Stick with your gut feelings, they're usually right and thinking too much about the details will only drive you crazy.  Remember the day is about marrying the man you love, the party is just icing on the cake.
  26. Anything you wish you could change about your wedding? An unlimited budget would be nice.....but ultimately no, I'm happy with everything as it stands.
  27. Share something about yourself!! I have two wonderful fur babies; Max, a westie mix, and Sky, a beagle/swiss mountain dog/lab mix.  I'll PIP the pups.  I can also pop my shoulder blades out of my back in and out in rapid succession, sometimes to the beat of music.  Apparently it is disturbing.
