We are getting ready to submit an offer (there are already 2 offers on the home) and could use all kinds of thoughts and prayers sent our way!  We are trying not to get to emotionally invested...but I am in love with it.

    Thanks Everyone! and emarson, we have no clue when we will found out...it's a forclosure so that bank can take it's sweet time haha. And it's in Belleville, very close to downtown! I absolutely am in love with it!
