Who here remembers the good 'ol days when Lany Bryant was owned by The Limited?

Does anyone ever walk into their store (or website) and just want to *yell*  FASHION BUG - GIve me my Lane Bryant BACK!!!

*sigh*

Any good online stores that fit well, true to size, decent price that you know of?  Please pass on, I'm desperate!

    Torrid in some malls and has super cute stuff.  Younger looking things.  I also like Catos and dress barn for more "grown up" things.

    Eloquii is owned by the limited. I highly recommend it.

    What was the other store called??? NYC or something like that.  Was owned by Victoria's Secret (or vice versa).

    Good News isFashion Bug is going out of business in January.... I think at that time Lane Bryant will be bringing back the "limited" fashions.  Hopefully!!  I don't know if they have a Dots out there, but they are pretty good quality for the price.  Forever 21 also has plus sized shopping online too.

    I work PT at Lane Bryant as a second job, the prices on some things are ridiculous- even with my employee discount. It is true that the Fashion Bug stores will be closing since Lane Bryant and Catherine's got bought out by the company (forget the name) that owns Dress Barn, Maurice's & Justice. 

    I'd check out Kiyonna & SWAK Designs. There's also another online retailer that's affiliated with Lane Bryant called Sonsi.

    The manager at Maurice's calls me when they get new stuff she knows I will like. So Maurice's is my recommendation. hoping for free clothes if I refer enough people lol

    I used to love Lane Bryant but I can't even tell you the last time I bought anything from them.  Their prices are crazy and their clothes are not flattering on a plus sized body.  Their lingerie use to be alright but even that has gone down hill.

    I have been having bad luck lately with the poor customer service at both Lane Bryant and Torrid. I have been really loving the customer service at Old Navy and Nordstrom.

    I love dress barn! Buy most of my clothestheremostly when they're on sale. Sad that Fashion Bug is closing. We don't have a lot of options in our small town and it will leave a hole for sure.

    OKAY - glad I'm not alone on this!  

    I like Maurices too but the one nearest me doesn't cary too great of a selection for the larger sizes, Tshirts, Jeans and hoodies.  Happy to hear Fashion Bug is on its way out.

    Okay, I am the opposite. I'm sad to hear about Fashion Bug. Hated when the one here closed. They fit me so well, and I have things that have lasted a long time. Maurices clothing doesn't fit me at all. I have to go up like three sizes there and lucky if I can fit it at all. Ther pants never fit me. It's junior plus clothing anyway. Hope this doean't change Lane Bryants sizing.

    Yes! Lane Bryant was so much better when it was owned by the Limited.  But maybe the people at the Limited got the message and that's why they opened up Eloquii?
    I just discovered Eloquii, and it is amazing!  Things are a bit more than I'd like to spend, but it seems that they have some pretty great coupons.  I also love the Encore department at Nordstroms.

    I've also found the quality to be lacking.  I bought some shoes in June that literally fell apart in a month and many of the pants and shirts I bought have torn recently. etc.  In the past they would easily return or exchange things that had issues and now I was basically told touch luck.
