    Oh yeah, and you can return the stuff you don't use.  I think that whole concept is silly, but as Evie has let you know, I like my booze :)

    ya I am def buying from total wine. I love that place! FI and I thought about buying beer for the reception in addition to wine and spirits only because of their return policy (FI and I are Crown Royal drinkers- no beer for us) haha. Its a great concept for a wedding where the couple may buy something for the crowd that they don't like.

    Dumb @$$ non drinker question here... how long will wine stay good? HAHA our reception isn't for like 9 months but we are trying to buy little by little so we don't end up with a huge bill at the end. Will it stay 9 months? QUIT LAUGHING! lol :)

    make sure to store it on its side if it has a cork (you can buy some screw top wine which is just as good, but it doesnt need to be on its side)

    Also, store out of direct sunlight and away from heat. No matter screw top or cork.

    People keep wine for 50 even 100 years. With some wine, as it ages it gets even better. You are totally good for 9 months. And thanks, Alexia, for the tip.

    just to add... they won't take white wine or champagne back if it has been chilled, or wet from being in ice.  We now have LOTS of white wine for our next dinner parties.  :) Wish I had known about the coupons! :)
