Anyone have any experince with them? I received their card from my venue as being good and saw they won Knot 2012, however, their ratings on YELP were horrible..anyone have experience
My daughter and her FI met "KC" at an expo early on in their wedding planning. They liked his "vibe", and made an appointment to discuss services. The gentleman they actually met with for the appointment was considerably older and "dated" in that he literally looked like he was in a time warp from the 70's, complete with gold chain/medallion.
If the look alone didn't turn them off, the harsh sales pitch and lack of contemporary music did. I can't give you any more specifics other than the "first impression" was a lasting one, and not in a good way for them.
They ultimately went with Toast and Jam, and had NO regrets!
I agree with other post. Totally worst first impression ever from the old gray hairs mullet with a walking cane, no joke. Turned out to be a stalker n slime ball after I politely told him we booked other company which he then continued to talk bad about. The yelp reviews are good resources except when the company gets on and posts fake reviews. We booked Okyne media lab
We used Keith Christopher for our wedding last year and it was fabulous! I do know the gentleman you are speaking about and I can say without a doubt that he is anything but a stalker or a slimeball. I agree, at first the image is not what you would expect. But you can't judge a book by it's cover. Every meeting we had with him went smoothly and a tremendous amount of details were covered that we had never even thought about. He actually was the DJ at our wedding and did such a great job that two of my engaged friends booked him to do their wedding as well. You would not be disappointed if you went with Keith Christopher Entertainment!
