Jack Of All Trades Wedding Planner

I recently was engaged and am now looking for a wedding planner.  I was wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with a wedding planner who not only was good at planning/organization/details but also did a good job of keeping everyone happy and isn't afraid to tell it like it is if someone steps out of line.  Any suggestions?

    I would suggest not using M. Elizabeth Events. We hired her as our DOC- She was helpful enough leading up to our wedding, but at the end things were disorganized and a LOT of stuff fell through the cracks.
