I am using vistaprint to make an enclosure to include with our invites to inform guests of a shuttle between ceremony and reception/hotel. Does this wording seem clear/make sense/say too much/do what it needs to do... thanks!
Shuttle transportation will be provided for our out of town guests between the Hilton Garden Inn and Botanical Gardens.
Shuttle will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 12:15 for arrival in time for the 1pm ceremony.
Return trip will leave the Botanical Gardens at 2:15 for arrival in time for the 3pm cocktail hour.
