What's for Lunch?

I'm starving and not sure what I want. Grocery shopping will happen tonight for lunch for the rest of the week.

So...what are you all having for lunch?

I had a boring iceberg & tomato salad (it was delish though!) and leftover pepperoni roll (from http://whataboutpie.blogspot.com/2010/10/pepperoni-rolls.html <--clicky)

It was delish.

I'm out of the office until Thursday, though, so leftovers will be the lunch of choice until then (I guess I should think of what to pack for lunch Thursday...hmm)

I'm having a spinach salad with goat cheese, chicken, tomatoes and raspberry vinaigrette from the salad truck that parks in front of my lab building.

Last night, I made a stirfry of carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, cashews and broccoli in a ginger, pineapple and tamari sauce. I put that over rice and threw in a portobello veggie burger.

And I might actually get lunch today! I only have one more patient to treat (and a lot of charting, but eh).

my lunch:

leftover turkey and cheese from Saturday's dinner on a ciabatta roll, leftover salad from yesterday, 2 baby apricots and orange (for snack later, although I need to eat up because I have a meeting from 1:00 to 4:30 this afternoon).

I have an unhealthy obsession with Five Guys.

I have a slice of pizza (we got a Papa Murphy's stuffed pizza last night) and a Coke Zero for lunch. But it's still 90min til lunch.

I had mixed greens with EVOO and balsamic. We were out of veggies at home, so it was just greens...boring. Think I'm gonna do a stir fry for dinner tonight though...

You KNOW that's not even possible. It's why I've befriended all of you. If/when I ever have to plan a wedding, I'm not going to be able to make a single decision on my own.

I ended up with a turkey burger and french fries with mayo. And an apple. And I'm going with the assumption that because I ate an apple, and the burger was turkey, the french fries and mayo don't count.

I just threw some lunch meat, cheese, and mustard on some bagels and stuck them in the oven. And I'm having cheese puffs, salad, and an orange. I'm trying to use up all of my random food since I am moving on Saturday.

I had a lunch meeting at a soup/salad place near work - I had a hummus sandwich and a cup of tomato soup with feta and basil. And a huge chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Mmmmm.
