Wedding website help needed?

I am using the knots website and it says to fill in about wedding attire. I really want to let people know what kind of wedding this will be since our family styles are so different. My family is very white collared and his is very blue collared. How would I suggest to wear something nice but not formal wear?

    Around here, Sunday dress means nice but not formal.  Would something like that work?

    I would put black tie invited which means the same as black tie optional. Those both mean cocktail dresses and dark suits. Most people will assume that they need to "dress up" which is what I think you want.

    I would almost say Semi-Formal... I think homecoming dance. Which to me is nice slacks and a button up shirt with tie. I think semi formal is in between formal and business casual. Just my opinion.
