Has anyone done (or considered doing) there RD at Nicholson's Tavern? I was initially really excited about it because they have a beautiful backroom with patio seating and my fiance's family is sScottish, but I've been seeing some terrible reviews on their food on yelp and urban spoon.
If not Nicholson's, then where else might I look? My future mother in law wants it to be at a nice place that can accomodate over 50 guests, and I want it to be downtown so my out-of-town guests staying at the Garfield Suites can walk there. You'd think we could easily satisfy both these requirements. I was considering Nada as well, but its uber chic feel isn't quite our style (though, if their food is incredible I could care less about the "feel".
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
