So i posted the dress I wasn't in love with on good old craigslist. It will probably take awhile to sell but it will be worth it. Until then, it will take up room in my closet.
When I told my sister about selling the dress she told me she actually had two wedding dresses in her closet because she had decided on another dress and never sold the first one. I fell in love with this unused dress. I feel really good about working out and getting into shape to wear it. It's a size larger than the dress I'm selling so it's much more comfortable to start with and I feel better about alterations. It will be easier for us to do our first dance with this dress and easier to carry around on the plane since it isn't nearly as puffy. It's an a line instead of a ball gown. I'm excited to see the entire ensemble put together!!!! I'm still thinking I will see about adding a lace up back to it but the length will be just right and hopefully in a few months I won't need to worry about taking it out.
I'm so relieved and so excited!
