Good Morning Ladies! As I move closer to my wedding, I am starting to regret that I've never taken a scrapbooking class or become more crafty (LOL!), Being a High School History teacher, my creativity is harnessed in a much different manner and that, coupled with my lack of free time has made me DIY-handicapped. I couldn't create a DIY centerpiece to save my life. However Pinterest has made me feel a tad bit reassured and todays Inspiration is mistake-proof DIY. The pictures are of finished products and almost all of the directions can be found at somethingturquoise.com (also a new obsession of mine). Happy Planning (and crafting

)

(I realize this is for a newborn, but it can also be done to remember the day you were married...a nice memory box)

(Amini-book to hold all of your important and sentimental cards...a friend of mine did this and it came out fabulous!)

(A Christmas ornament of your wedding invitation)

(I don't know if this is really considered DIY but it's a great way to get pictures of all of your guests enjoying themselves)

(A First bite cake plate!)
