  Try Lifes moments, there pretty cheap and they give you a lot for your money. There pretty cheap for both video and photo im only paying 1450.

  She's fabulous. I"m paying 1000 and you honestly would not believe what I'm getting! She met me in North Olmsted, had sample albums, photos and req's. I love her. She's willing to work with any budget, and really just seems to like doing what she does, so give her a try. LOVE HER
