Suggestions for a good Southern Style baker for Wedding Cake?

Hi all
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a good place to try and find a King Cake for my wedding... I'm trying to find a baker/bakery that has a Southern background or is known for making King Cakes in the area... I would just hate to have a cake that was wrong because it was the second or third attempt to make one.

Does that make sense?

    Are you in Washington ? It says you're in Los Angeles? If you are, I used this place:

    Her pricing was incredibly reasonable and she spent most of her life baking in the south, so if anyone is capable, it would be her. She was awesome to worked with and our cake turned out beautifully.

    It's a destination wedding--from Los Angeles but getting married in Seattle... So I am looking for someone local

    aw, I see. Well she is about an hour north of Seattle (although I know she will travel), but she was EXCELLENT. I would shoot her an e-mail and see if she is what you're looking for.
