For anyone looking for a reliable, value worthy, professional location and catering service for their wedding or special event, I cannot praise Zilli's and Pabst Brewery highly enough. I have worked with the Zilli's group for large corporate client work events over the years and have built trust in their extreme professionalism and attention to every detail. Knowing I could depend on their expertise we hired them for our more casual mix-n-mingle style cocktail reception at the Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee. From beginning to end, Zilli's staff was friendly, personable, on-point and the food - outstanding. We served passed appetizers, a traditional Milwaukee Fish Fry and had several food stations which impressed our guests from presentation to service to food quality. Zilli's even took the time to add special "Milwaukee" Sprecher root beer and Kopp's Frozen Custard to our root beer float dessert idea. Kim at the Pabst was extremely personable, helpful and willing to go out of her way to make our on-site photos and ceremony above and beyond. Our guests were thrilled and surprised by the venue's atmosphere and setting on nothing shy of THE most perfect evening in September. Everything about our day was seamless, and we owe many thanks and praises to Zilli's (espeically Stefan & Candy!) and Kim (event coordinator) at Pabst Brewery for taking the time and ownership as if it were their very own wedding.
