Onsite hair and makeup help!!

I am looking for someone to do both hair and makeup onsite for my bridal party. I prefer to have the same person do both and it seems that everyone is booked for April. Two Sisters, Just Face It, and Flawless Bride are all booked! I haven't heard good things about Get Polished...any other recommendations??

    I used Albert Brown and Make Me Up. They're two different vendors but their salons are located right next to each other on Magazine St. (convenient for your trial) and they work together frequently. I was able to get them fairly last minute after I found out that the person I originally booked had accepted another (probably larger) booking for my day and time (without telling me). They both did a great job!

    Thanks! I also found out that the Posh Salon and Spa is available...does anyone have experience with them?

    I hired two different vendors to come on site and do hair and makeup for us.  The pricing was the same and they both did a wonderful job.  We used Ginger Dickey at Color Bar Salon for hair and Make Me Up for makeup.

    I had 2 different people but from the same salon, Salon Maia. Kelly LeBlanc did my makeup and Melissa Maia for hair. I would rather have someone who specializes in each thing, but thats just my preference.

    I used Katie Malone with Pixie for my make up.  She did a fantastic job.  Her studio is on Magazine but she will come to you for the day of.  She also brought Kelly Bode with her since we had 6 ladies to do.  Kelly did an equally great job.  (I used Just Face It for hair).

    I second Albert Brown and Make Me Up.  I am a wedding planner and have never had a dissatisfied client with them.  I also used them for my own wedding!  Celeste is amazing to work with but any of her artists are equally excellent.  Both will come to you, day of, if necessary, or you can stop in their shop one after another.  Definintely check them out and let them know NOLA Partyology sent you!  XO

    I'm using SWAK Hair and Makeup Artistry for my March 2013 wedding. Gwen was great when I did my trial run.
