Flower girl dress

I finally asked my cousin to be our flower girl. She is SUPER excited to "Throw flowers at Jen when she is dressed as a princess". lol I think she gets the idea, right?

Anyways I'm searching for a flower girl's dress. Any recomondations for where I can locate a size 7 lavendar or some shade of purple dress? I'd rather not have her dress be satin or any other shiny material, and most dresses I've come across are white. Can I dye a white dress? I suppose that depends on the material...

i have heard people say theyve gotten their dresses at KHOLS and other department stores....I personally found my flower girl's dress on ebay...and for a great price.

I second Ebay, that is where we found my flower girls dress. I don't have a pic unfortunately, because the dress is in Utah but here is a link to the dress on Ebay

We found ours on mygirldress.com and pinkprincess.com. On both sites, you can sort by the color you're looking for, and they are pretty well priced. All the dresses came in and look great. They were around $40 each.

I would recommend Khols. We found one there that perfectly matches the Pool chiffon bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo. Plus, it was only $26! For a growing girl, she's not going to wear it beyond this summer and it just seemed crazy to purchase from a bridal salon for over $100.
