Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi all-

I know we are all going to be pretty busy today, but I just wanted to say quick "HAPPY THANKSGIVING!" And I also wanted to let you know that I am very thankful for you ladies this year. It's been so nice having other military ladies to talk to since I'm not really friends with any of the wives here. I came here thinking I could get some advice for my wedding and military life, but it has become so much more. I know we could be friends IRL. So, thanks for being here!

Have a wonderful day full of family, friends, and food! And good luck to those of you doing the black Friday shopping!

    Also, to the Jacksonville Fl ladies, and soon to be ladies down there, It takes me less than 3 hours to get there from Beaufort... just sayin  :)

    Ditto to all that Binxy said! You ladies are amazing, and I am thankful to have found this board and all of you that call it "home" as well!

    ggirl- I hear you! I'll be a JAX person within the next year! woohoooo Partay!

    Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and your families- praying that it is a blessing for all, and I definitely am thinking of those of you who are separated from FI/DH during these holidays. You ladies are fabulous!

    Binx, you said it better than I could! I'm very thankful for this board, and for women who actually understand what I'm going through. You're all so great. Oh, and Hike... I'm super glad you became mod. The board has gotten sooooo much more chatty and active since then!

    Thanksgiving love!!! Ditto to what all of your ladies said.  It is nice to have people to talk to that understands the what I am feeling and go through.

    Aww, I'm feeling all sorts of warm-fuzzies today!  I'm thankful for you ladies, too!  You've been there for me when I've been whining about my job/boss, to answer questions I have about wedding planning/etiquette, to celebrate the good times and commiserate on the bad times.  I appreciate all your input and personalities and what you each bring to the board, and I've made some real friends from this board.  It's been such a good thing for me to have you all to go to and learn from, and I really appreciate it!

    Awww guys! I heart you guys! It's 8pm in CA, and I am in line with FI at target waiting for black Friday. We are about 50 people deep, so it looks like this will be our only stop. We'll see! Hope you all had a great thanksgiving!

    Good luck CAB!  We went to our friends' house for dessert, and they're off to 4 different stores tonight.  They expect to arrive home by 7am. Craziness!  Good luck to you!
