I'm making dessert for Easter dinner at my "Virginia family's" house (I seem to get "adopted" by a family with each new place I live because I'm on my own). My friend & her mom are both gluten-free, so I am planning on bringing GF cupcakes (they were both super excited because they normally don't get to eat dessert). The whole "GF" thing isn't the question (yet, lol). But, what flavor cupcakes would you want to have after Easter dinner?
I have made cupcakes with filling before, and my mom gave me a cupcake corer for Christmas that I still haven't used yet - so I'm totally up for trying that out.
