NWR: Cupcake flavors

I'm making dessert for Easter dinner at my "Virginia family's" house (I seem to get "adopted" by a family with each new place I live because I'm on my own). My friend & her mom are both gluten-free, so I am planning on bringing GF cupcakes (they were both super excited because they normally don't get to eat dessert). The whole "GF" thing isn't the question (yet, lol). But, what flavor cupcakes would you want to have after Easter dinner?

I have made cupcakes with filling before, and my mom gave me a cupcake corer for Christmas that I still haven't used yet - so I'm totally up for trying that out.

    My mom just made me gf cupcakes. Ill send you the recipe when she emails it to me. These were chocolate with cream cheese frosting, yum.

    I love love love lemon cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting!

    Actually considering that for the wedding cake. :-)
