Wedding Website Frustration

Ok, so for the past two days I have been having issues uploading pictures to my wedding website. I hit browse, select my picture, and hit upload and it just pulls up my folder again to select the picture. Is it just me having this problem?
If not, does anyone know what i can do?

I looked on The Knot's help section but there is nothing on there.

    Not sure if this is the issue or not, but sometimes if the images are too large (file size), the system rejects them. 

    If you try to upload a random, small photo, does that work? If so, you may need to modify your images.

    I resized the picture and it still didn't work.
    Not sure what it is.
    If any one else has any ideas i'm all ears.

    It may be the Internet browser that you're using. For our wedding website I can only make photo edits through Mozilla FireFox. Anything I try through IE doesn't work. Good luck!
