For those of you who went to Aruba please recommend a charter fishing boat for 1/2 day trip

FI really wants to go fishing one day on a charter boat however he told me the ones that he has found were like $200-$300 per person for 1/2 day.  That is way too expensive.

    Lady I looked into this for my FI as well. I think we looked at De Palm island and I think it was less than what you mention. Check it out.

    We didn't do deep sea fishing in AUA due to cost. We did bottom fishing which is popular there.  I don't remember who we used but didn't have a great experience. The guy was just sort of a jerk.

    We've done deep sea fishing a few times on vacations and have sworn off it b/c usually it is a let down. Once we got stuck on a charter where we were the only ones who heeded the advice to take dramamine and everyone else was puking. Besides if you catch something on vacation, unless it is really small, you can't eat it.
