Ceremony Sites

I will be having my wedding in September of this year and booked the reception at Elsies in NorthEast Minneapolis. I really need suggestions with the ceremony site. I wanted to have the ceremony at the church I attend but they said $700.00 Which is too much for a budget bride like myself. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    How many guests do you need space for?  As an aside - I love Elsies!  Are you going to have bowling for your reception?

    Would you consider an outdoor ceremony? If so, Boom Island is nearby and I've heard you could have your ceremony there. There is also a catholic church in NE that several folks have used in the past, but I don't remember which it is. Are you Catholic? Or if not, are you looking for a specific church denomination?
