Officiant HELP!!!!!

My fiance and I are to the point of looking into who will be marrying us..... I know that rules are a little tricky in Rhode Island.  So any reccomendations for Newport/ Rhode Island Officants would be greatly appreciated.  Neither of us is overly religious and cant say we have a preference for a man or woman. Can anyone also relay what to expect in terms of pricing for this?  Also do they stay for your reception?
Thank you!

I found a list on this website:

My minister is marrying us so unfortunately I can't be of much help with recommendations. It's customary and in good taste for you to send them an invitation for the reception. However, some accept and some decline. My minister is not staying, for example. Good luck!

We asked our venue if they had any suggestions of who they work with and usually they have 2 or 3 they recommend.  I am using a JP for me wedding next weekend...she basically has a booklet she compiled of her favorite sayings, religious, not religious, earthy, romantic etc...we got to read thru each section and pic what we liked for all the different parts of the ceremony :)  Ask your other vendors though..they will know who to recommend

I highly recommend Victoria Burdick. I believe her pricing is on her website (http://www.authenticceremony.com/). My husband and I didn't want an overly religious ceremony, and Victoria was perfect! She really gets to know you and customizes the ceremony to reflect you as a couple, and really makes it mostly a surprise but also gets your guests to feel like a big part of the ceremony. All of our guests loved her and we also couldn't have been happier. She disappears right after the ceremony because she likes the focus to be on you. But I know a lot of our guests would have loved to meet and talk with her afterwards.

I would recommend Frank Camera.  His website is www.frankcamera.com and he is in the bristol area.
