More online RSVP site Qs

So, uh ... which sites are people using/have used for online RSVPs? I've been poking around online and I haven't found one that's an obvious winner. I think what I'm looking for is a site that:

--I can link to just the RSVP (i.e. isn't part of a general wedding website)
--Guests can RSVP just by putting in their email
--Produces a spreadsheet or something like it with each guests response, meal preference, guest name, etc.

TIA!

    *piggybacking for responses*

Have you also checked on one of the national boards (minus P&E of course)?

I did a site-specific search through google and got a couple of leads that way. But so far nothing that's quite what I'm looking for. A couple that are close. So far the three closest are

    (1) http://www.wufoo.com -- looks fantastic, but it's not clear that it can do conditional logic like "allow this person to fill in a name for 'and Guest'", etc.
    (2) http://anrsvp.com/ -- guests enter their name (public) instead of email (less public), and they can specify any number of guests (boo).
    (3) TK's RSVP, which apparently is buggy but otherwise does exactly the things that I'm looking for.

Otherwise most of the things I've found fit into three categories

    (1) full service wedding websites that also do RSVP stuff. That would be great if we were starting from scratch.
    (2) RSVP-only services where guests have to have an "invitation code" or "RSVP ID" or some nonsense.
    (3) these crazy outsourcing firms where you put a 1-800 number on your invites and a real person from Oklahoma India or Costa Rica answers the phone and takes the RSVP. And this is advertised as having a "personal touch". WTH?!?!? How is this personal? I'd rather just send people to my voicemail! How are these places still in business?!?

If push comes to shove I think I could actually DIY the online RSVP but I'm trying to avoid that ...

And, uh, yeah. Be careful about asking about online RSVPs on P&E (and even invites). It's not as bad as a charity registry but some people think you're crazy for even trying :).

Thus why I don't venture on the national boards too often.  Too many variables/differences in other regions!

I made a blog post about how to make a RSVP right in your own blog! It was hard to figure out but not too hard to implement and follow the directions!
