Bra Help for Small Chest!

I know there's been posts about this before, but the knot won't let me search for it for some reason.  I am a 32A bra size and need some help "filling out" my dress.  I don't want to look flat chested on my wedding day!  Plus I don't want to have to have all sorts of alterations in the top of my dress to make it look right.

What is a good bra for small chested girls?  Has anyone used any of those gel pads or whatever they are?  Or the Nu-Bra?

Re: Bra Help for Small Chest!

  • My friend told me about putting chicken breasts in your bra. She said, apparently, celebrities do it. I can't say I believe her all that much, but there are lots of silicone or rubber inserts that would do the trick.
  • I had cups sewn into my dress that made me about a cup size larger. I would be afraid to put the inserts in your bra in case they happen to fall out or shift and become visible. The cups were great, and I didn't need a bra.

People call those silicone inserts 'chicken cutlets' sometimes, maybe that's what your friend was thinking?

Or maybe I'm behind on my celeb news and they really use poultry.

  • Yeah, that's what I figured. But I did find a blog at one point where a girl actually used real chicken. I don't think I could handle that. lol.
  • VS also has a new miracle bra that is pretty much all padding, but it's not really as push-up as some other padded bras, so it looks pretty good and adds a couple cup sizes.  I didn't get one since it looked a little too boobalicious for a wedding, but for an A cup I think that one would look great.
