I am having a person do a little devotional at my Shower and want to get them a gift something small any suggestions?

    Be sure all of the ladies at your shower will be comfortable with this before you do this.  You don't want to offend someone or make them uncomfortable.

    I would hope that most of your guests would feel comfortable with something that is important to you.  I know that at my shower, my BM asked my old pastor to say grace before we ate.  I know that not all of my guests are not religious, but they know I am and were respectful during the prayer.

    Anyway, is there a certain restaurant that she likes?  Maybe a gift card to there or going to the local christian book store and finding something there.  I got some really nice wall hangings with some bible verses on them.  You can always find a little knick knack there!

    I recommend a religious book. This is also yet another shop-like-it's-her-birthday situation.

    I sent the 2 hostesses of my shower flowers a few days after the shower.  For the people who have everything!  I got a text from one of them saying how excited she was to get flowers at work =]

    The colors are the colors of changing leaves. Shades of orange, eggplant, yellows etc. I am thinking of maybe small straw bales, mini gourds and pumpkins, and autumn leaves for centerpeices.  You can use narrow ribbon or even gift wrap ribbon and curl it slightly. Sprinkle some heart shapes over the ribbons or use a heart shaped candy.
