So we want kids. Soon haha. Twins run in FI family big time his aunt is a twin and his brothers and so on. There are no words to describe how bad I have aleas wanted twins. I guy i went to school with was just married not long ago just found out they are pregnant... With twins! And I'm so excited for them both! Then I got this feelin in my stomach and I realized I'm jealous! Haha. I can't wait until we start trying for kids. Twins or not, fingers crossed for twins haha baby fever is upon us ladies...

Fi and I talk kids almost as much as we talk wedding! Definitely cannot wait! FI's best man and his wife told us that they were pregnant about a month ago now and it's always on the brain now.

I am doing my OB and Peds rotatation right now in nursing school and it makes me want babies so so bad!! FI just can't wait til I am done!

We both definitely want kids, but later. We are young and want to have some married life time to ourselves before we throw kids into the mix, but that does not mean I can't still want them bad!

Mmm I know the feeling. We'll start trying pretty soon after the wedding if I can rework our budget around daycare. And if my research is going well enough that I won't be scared to tell my advisor I'm pregnant.

Oh the joys of being a grad student with no maternity leave or job security.

We have an almost 2 year old now, and luckily my father is able to watch her.. but if we decided to add another little booger into the mix.. we'd have to do day care.. and I don't know where we would get and extra 200$ per week per kid! YIKES!! So we'll probably be waiting a long long while

So I'll be living vicariously through you ladies!

i definitely have baby fever...between October 2011 to September 2012, there will be a total of 12 new babies around me (from my cousins, friends, and co-workers) and NONE of them are twins!...Fiance is even more excited to have kids and he's already looking through the housing market for a house that will fit our future family...we're hoping to get pregnant next year and it'll be the first grandchild on his side as well as mine...it's going to be crazy! :P

We want to wait a bit and travel a little more.....but it's been well known that I want to be pregnant by the time I'm 30, so we are on a 2 yr window! Good luck with all the baby making for all of you that want to get preggers on your honeymoon!

I have a son from my previous marriage and about 1 1/2 yrs into me and my fiance's relationship he decided that he didnt want any "oops" babies so he had a vasectomy (but did have some frozen just in case) I have had serious baby fever for a few years now but he says we arent ever having kids! i was shocked and had to weigh whether i was sure that I could handle not having another-i still struggle with it and sometimes wonder what to do so I am very envious of all you ladies you will have babies in the next few years!!

i cant wait to have babies!!!!!! and neither can fi:) i am just hoping it wont happen till after the wedding!!! lol i wanna fit in my dress so i am hoping for no "opps" before ok maybe 1 or 2 months before would be ok but if i got pregnant now i would be happy about it but also be sad my dress would look so bad if i were 6 months pregnant on our wedding day!!! i love my dress!

I'm on the same time frame! I want to at least be trying by 30, and I'll be 28 next month. We're planning to get a house in early 2013 once the lease on our apartment is up, so we'll probably start trying once we're moved and settled. It's funny, FI wants kids more than I do, but I think I'm more ready to get on with it than he is, LOL.

I have baby fever pretty bad, and it gets worse whenever I see patients bringing their small children into the clinic where I work - which is all the time! A lot of our friends are having kids too, so that isn't helping either. And I would love to have twins, though I'm not hopeful it's going to happen. FI is a twin, it would serve him right to have to raise a pair of his own!

I really can't wait to have kids either. FI wants to wait at least one year from our wedding to start trying. And like you, Nina, I have always wanted twins! Twins don't run in my family though (that gene is only passed down on female lines, ie: mother to daughter) although identicals are completey random, so there is still a chance of that happening!

FI and I aren't really sure we want kids. We'd both be fine not having them. But if we change our minds I want to have kids by the time I'm 30 (which is 5 years from now.) A lot of my friends are having their first or second children, same with FI. I don't mind other people's kids, I just have never really wanted any of my own. FI is terrified of holding small children, even his nephew so I guess I'd need a little reassurance that I wouldn't be the only one caring for it. I'm sure he'd be fine if it was our kid, and I could see him being a good dad, but we definitely aren't trying anytime soon.

It also didn't help the baby fever any to see FI dancing with one of the groomsmen's four-year-old daughter at his brother's wedding last weekend. Her dad came up to me and commented that FI would make a really good dad someday. I just about burst into tears, LOL.

Oh we can't wait to start TTC! Our plan is to start trying next year and I couldn't be happier!! FI has this way about him when he sits on the floor and plays with our cats that makes me imagine him doing the same with a baby and jeez silly as it may sound, it just makes my heart melt! We definitely have a bad case of baby fever!

I'm lucky that I have my daughter from my previous, so she helps keep the fever in check. But FI and I want to start TTC pretty soon after the wedding. I can't wait to see him get all googly-eyed and goofy with a tiny baby! Lately, it's been getting bad though. I feel like I'm counting down months until we can start trying, rather than months until we're married (although they're pretty much the same thing). And at 31, the window feels like it's rapidly closing.

We go back and forth a lot. Sometimes I feel like I really want to have a baby, but then other times I feel that I don't. I know for sure that I'm not ready though.

Fi has two daughters, almost 3 and almost 6, and we have them 50% of the time. We have our hands full with them right now, but when they get a little older, we will start trying. I'd like to start trying by the time I'm 30 and I just turned 28, so we'll have about a year and half to travel and do anything else we want to do after the wedding and before we start trying. We are hoping for a boy. We already have a name picked out

I am 31 too and will be 32 by the wedding!!! it helps that i have 10 nieces and nephews and he has 3 nephews!!! i can't wait i love kids and always have!

I want a baby really bad. I'll be 28 in November and have always wanted kids before 30. My best friend will be having his 3rd kid, first girl, on Monday. I'm so jealous. Fi wants to get settled into his career before kids. It's a good idea, so we will wait. He is a twin, my grandma was a twin, so maybe when we do have kids we will have twins.

I've had baby fever for years. XH and I tried for several years with no luck, and he's now remarried with a new baby and that certainly didn't help things. FI and I will be TTC after at least a year to ourselves. We're also aiming for the "by 30" window, which is in 3 years for both of us (we're only 4 months apart in age).

I've got the bug! FI has it too but won't admit it. Lol. I have been an Auntie since I was 9 years old but he recently became an Uncle about 6 months ago. He loves his nephew to death and has always enjoyed having my nieces and nephews around. But if you ask him he will deny it and say he doesn't want kids. Then when he and I are alone he will talk about when we have kids and joke about starting now. He also sometimes rubs my stomach and says "You're carrying my baby." I know he will be a great dad. I want to be at least pregnant by the time I'm 30. I will just have turned 28 when we get married so that will give us about 2 years. Unfortunately I also have a practical FI and he insists on a house first. We are hoping for a house by early 2013. Oh and I have PCOS so I'm hoping that doesn't cause too much trouble trying to concieve.
