    What is your vision?
    Style?
Amount you're willing to spend on the venue?

I've been searching all over so if you could give a little more info I can probably give you some options Cool

I just got married in July and had the reception.  I thought the place was nice and that the food was delicious!  Everything turned out fabulous.  And for what we paid, I thought it was fairly reasonable.  I would also check out the link in my siggy that says NH Knotties.  There's a whole list of places where previous knotties got married that you might find helpful.  HTH!

Ditto on what dirtywater said. There are tons of wonderful places out there, it depends on what you envision for your special day. Outdoors? Indoors? Church? Rustic? Modern? Vintage? There's a TON of stuff that can make or break your venue choice, the biggest being budget.

Budget for the venue? It all depends on what your view of expensive is. Our venue was expensive for NH, but a steal compared to Boston. Church Landing does winter deals and it is cheaper to get married on a Friday or Sunday.

We're doing both our ceremony and reception at the Granite Rose in Hampstead.  They have some decent pacakges that include a lot and their gardens are gorgeous!

Before going with Atkinson Country Club we were going with Granite Rose also.  They do have some great deals.  Atkinson CC...not so much....but it's beautiful there!!!!!!!!!

We had our reception at Candia Woods in Candia and it was beautiful.  They do ceremonies as well.  A few pics should be in my bio of our day.

It really depends upon the location, budget, and style of wedding that you want when choosing your venue.  We're at the Shattuck in Jaffrey, a bit remote, but really beautiful--near Mt. Monadnock, (half way between Nashua & Keene).  Here's the website if you want to check out their site.  Their prices were fairly reasonable compared to some of the places in the Nashua/Derry area that we checked.

Like others said, it all depends on your budget and your vision. But I will recommend our location - Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua because I think it is amazing. Lynn, the coordinator there is wonderful to work with and has been very helpful so far.

We just booked Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown-  they don't advertise so you might not have seen them.  I don't know what your price range is, but they have some range in their packages and the people are WONDERFUL.

I got married 7/31 at Nashua Country Club, which I didn't even know existed until I started looking around last summer.  Ceremony and reception there, with a cocktail hour out in a separate bar/lounge area and surrounding deck overlooking the pool while they switched over the room.

We arrived early for "pre" pics and used the fairway directly across from the hall.  After our ceremony we went back there, but also used a small pond and other beautiful areas surrounding the main part of the club.

Michelle is the lady I worked with and she was super easy and accomodating.  She was there through dinner at the actual wedding and left us with a very capable assistant after that.  I would highly recommend them - dinner prices were in the $40-$50's per plate.

I'm getting married at Purity Springs Resort in East Madison NH. They have several locations for your ceremony, if your looking for atmosphere. On top of a mountain or lake side. Their prices are reasonable but of course, I do not have the final bill so I'll let you know after SeptemberWink. For the reception, they have an option of a tent or a hall. The hall is much less expensive but we wanted the outside reception so we went with the tent, which was less expensive than any other venue we looked into in the lakes region. good luck.
