I don't get why people buy thousand dollar dresses..

    Um, because I'm a plus size girl and can't fit into sample sizes. Thanks for making me feel fatter than I am.

    Everyone has their own personal style and taste.  My dress is a lot more than $500 unfortunately but it's still within a realm that I feel comfortable spending.  Instead of doing favors we are donating to charity - however I don't hold it against anyone who choses to have favors at their wedding.  Perhaps you should word things a bit better before you write them here.
