Is anyone having a cigar roller at their wedding? Who are you using and what is their price range?

We are going to have a cigar station but I think we are going to buy a bunch of cigars and just have them on a nice table with cutters/lighters etc.

I was going to as a surpise to DH... but, the price really threw me off, and others brought up the point that the men would be outside smoking the cigars, not inside partying. And a cigar takes forever to smoke! I opted to just get a bunch of cigars for the day after party we had. Just my 2 cents..

Agree with Allie. I was going to do this as a surprise to FI but my photographer actually advised against it, b/c it takes a good hour to smoke a cigar, and all the men are lost off the dance floor, which I def didn't want happening. I opted to do a groom's cake in the shape of a cigar humidor. I may also buy a box of real cigars for the day after brunch like Allie, too.

I'm not sure of the name of the company, but one of my good friends hired a cigar roller for the cocktail hour only (so it didn't interfere with dancing) and it was a HUGE hit! We're thinking about doing that too.

We just bought a bunch of cigars for the guys to smoke.   Honestly, the guys that ended up going out to smoke the cigars were not big dancers anyhow so it made no difference the dance floor was still packed!

I think they are fab but for outdoor weddings, or partial outdoor for like cocktail hour. My friend had one during her summer wedding which was partially outside at a country club on a golf course - it was awesome, a big hit.

Our venue offers cigar rolling and cognac station for later in the evening. We actually removed it. I know some people are huge fans, but both of us really dislike the smell of cigars. I have sinus issues to boot, so being around any kind of smoke is a no no :( They're def. one of those things that you either love or hate lol Id check into seeing if your venue offers it as well or if they know of any local vendors that they have had good experiences with in the past! You might get a discount using them as a referral. Worth a shot :o)
    Best of luck!!!!
