Budget Photography

Hi. Does anyone know of some very affordable photgraphers? I want to spend $500, under that is even better. I looked through the vendor reviews but didn't see much in my price range. I would be happy to work with students/inexperienced or self employed, as long as I could see some sample work. We are in the detroit metro area, the wedding is going to be in Roseville.

You are going to have a VERY hard time finding someone for under $500 unless you're looking at a very limited amount of time (like, just the ceremony and an hour before or after the ceremony). There are a lot of skilled photographers in the price range between $500-$1,000 and that is the range you will usually find people starting out charging.

If you go with a student, just be prepared to get exactly what you pay for.

I found this guy as one of my recommended vendors from my venue I didn't go with him but I think he was around 600...

This is my photographer, and a good friend. He starts about $700 I believe. I do not think that $500 is possible!
