Photographic View/Ervin Aquino

     Do not use this photographer as he will not complete the job!  My daughter got married May 30, 2010 (OVER A YEAR AGO)    and still don't have the albums we paid for.  he wasn't returning my phone calls or emails until the party planner got involved and then promised me the albums in a month and that was SIX weeks ago.

    Ervin Aquino will take your money and run! Our wedding was March, 2009. We were required to pay in full at the time of the wedding. We have received NO ALBUMS and he avoids all our emails and calls for monthes at a time. He always has excuses. DO NOT USE PHOTOGRAPHIC VIEW, or anything assoiciated with ERVIN AQUINO. He is a con artist. And he stole $4,500 of our money. We received and email from him last week saying that if we sent $1,200 MORE he would START the ball rolling on our albums. WE PAYED IN FULL  and have the signed checks and contracts to prove it. This guy is a weasel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHOTOGRAPHER>

    Same story. Wedding in 2008. No album. Won't return calls or e-mails. RUN!

    L. Gordon and I have spoken and plan to report Ervin Aquino to the Attorney General so that he cannot do this to any other clients.

    We encourage anyone else who has not received their album to do the same. The more complaints, the more likely the Attorney General is to see the pattern and act on it.

    I would like to take Ervin Aquino to court, with a class action suit. He deserves to be put in jail and to be stopped. He is -well everyone who ever used him knows what a thief and scoundrel he is. I will fill out the Attorney Generals form, but maybe we could all join together to stop him, from hurting another family.

    We were also scammed by Ervin Aquino.  He took the money, we never got the photos.
    We took the following actions:
    1) Filed complaint with BBB (no response from Ervin)
    2) Got VISA to issue us a credit, which hits the merchant (Ervin). Do this if you paid by credit card.
    3) Filed complaint with IL Attorney General.  If enough people file on this guy, hopefully he will be stopped.

    Stay clear of this guy.

    Now Ervin, through an intermediary, wants to "give" us a high resolution disc of the photographs. and files.  In exchange we are supposed to sign some sort of waiver.  Let's see, we paid him $5000 over 3 years ago and now we are supposed to make our own albums using the disc we already have?  We want a financial settlement from you Ervin.  Do not scam any more families!!!!
