To redo or not to redo, that is the question!

I'm not sure if I should redo my invites or not. I bought them awhile ago. I don't want to change the style or anything, just the hosts...

My parents (dad and step mom, who is more of a mom to me than my biological mother is) are hosting a good part of the reception and are on the invite. My mother who also offered to help financially has since backed down on her offer. She is also on the invite as a host.

I don't see why she should get recognition for something she is having not part of. I really don't know what to do. I want remove her from the invite.

What would you do?

    You should decide if the cost associated with redoing your invitations is worth it. I would probably just leave it as is to avoid the headache (and price tag). 

    We're just putting "together with their families" on ours even though FI's mom, dad, and my dad aren't contributing. His stepdad (no longer married to his mom) and my mom and stepdad have helped us a little bit.

    I agree with PP... We are also putting together with their families even though FI parents are not contributing anything...

    Same here. MY family has not contributed anything as of yet, but we are putting "together with their families" just because FI parents and grandparents are contributing and my family tree is messed up.. Hard to word it when my mom is not married to my dad or my step dad any more but thy are all still part of my family..

    Like PP said- decide if it is worth the cost and go with your gut!

    These are already printed invites? Is it in your budget to redo them? I couldn't re do mine if I wanted just because it's not in my budget. But if it's within your budget, I like the idea of saying "together with our families"
