So girls. I'm wondering if anyone wants to sound off about how much chub-a-lub they'd like to loose before the big day. (If any)
My current goal is 30lbs, which seems like a huge mountain to me and I find my head spinning wondering how I let this happen... However.. Pouting will get me no where.
(Sorry if this has been posted already... I tried to dig back a bit to make sure but you never know!)
Also, what are you doing to get motivated? I know how to accomplish, it all boils down to eat right and exercise... no pills, shakes, gimmicks... just plain hard work.
What I'm lacking surprisingly is motivation!
