Bridesmaid Said Yes!!!!!!!

One of my bridesmaids got engaged tonight!!!!!!! I am so beyond happy for her and her future Mr :) They are one of the cutest couples (aside from FI and I, of course!) and they deserve nothing but happiness!!! Her FI proposed to her in the same spot that mine did (well not THE same but close enough), in front of the Mackinaw Bridge!!!! Can't wait to see her in 2 weeks at the wedding to hear all about it :):)

    My BIL's little brother proposed to his GF last week and my cousin is proposing to his GF the week of our wedding too!!!! Love is definitely in the air around here and I am so excited to be surrounded by so much love on our wedding day!

    Awww, how exciting.

    My sister was really disappointed to not get a proposal on their 5 year anniversary of dating (especially because FI and I have been together 20 months and are marrying in a week). They have since seriously talked about getting married so I'm hopeful that he asks her officially soon- maybe even at my reception. Now that I'm getting married, I want everyone to! :)

I think it's kind of disrespectful to the people who just got married... plus, I can't imagine having to share that time with my new FI surrounded by everyone else, and feeling bad about stealing the spotlight from the bride and groom. </div><div>

    That is so exciting! I am not sure how I would feel if someone got engaged at my reception... I guess it would depend on the person, but I think overall it would bother me... why not wait till the next day?

    To be totally honest I would probably throw a fit if someone proposed at my reception. It's the one day about me!! 

    But that aside...congrats to your BM!! How exciting :)
